      Brief: Redesign of logo for a safari lodge in South Africa. Needed to modernise and simplify existing logo. We made use of the trademark zebra stripes ('idube' means 'zebras' in Shangaan) and colour was inspired by that of landrovers used for game drives. All work done remotely.

      Design Solution:The product logo style ties in strongly with the Mindscape company logo to create a consistent brand. The design makes use of grids, tables and icons which form a major part of the product and user interface.

      Brief: Client imports stone sculptures & ornaments. Used shades of stone grey plus a green accent (landscape), strong font for 'stone' and an elegant one for 'features'. Symbol is generic & simple as the client has an exclusive product range that is custom-made and varied.

      Brief: Logo for health product wholesaler - upgrade & modernise existing logo, while still maintaining some familiarity.
      Design Solution:The original colour scheme was used, but black was added for extra impact. The logo still shows movement & energy, but a more modern symbol and font were introduced.

      Brief: Logo for Bakery based in Petone. The brief was a modern, stylised cupcake and use of a script font & included both a simplified black and white version for yellowpages ads, as well as a full colour version. The colours were chosen to tie into the fun & the delicious taste of cupcakes.

    • Focus on Stamps

      Brief: Logo for polymer stamp company (eg: for ink shapes in scrapbooking). Logo to feature a stylised eye and be bright, modern, arty and catch one's attention.
      Design Solution: Logo integrates the stylised eye with the 'S' to create the shape of a face, to emphasise the idea of 'focus'. The font and brush strokes create the effect of stamping ink onto paper.

      Design Solution: Logo uses the stem of the daisies as they 'Y' of the text. Font was chosen for it's eleganace and colours are cheerful, warm and welcoming.

      Design Solution: Logo is centred around a fun and funky font - this because the company name is interesting in itself and the company is about words. The colour chosen by the client was a bright green and the spiral shape ties in nicely with an African theme.

      Design Solution: Koru shape is a strong NZ symbol that signifies new beginnings. Shapes remind one of rivers, valleys and the 'i' of a person. Relaxing colours. (Team project with S Woodhouse).
